KIELBASA CABBAGE SOUP 
1 lb. kielbasa sausage
2 tbsp. butter
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, slivered
2 lg. carrots, cut into 2 inch strips
1 lg. cabbage, cored and cut in 1-inch chunks
2 cans chicken broth

Cut kielbasa into 1/2 inch slices and sauté in butter. Add onion, green pepper, garlic and cook until onion is transparent but not brown. Stir in carrots, cabbage and broth.

Simmer over low heat until kielbasa and vegetables are tender. Taste and adjust seasoning (salt and pepper).
