1 c. butter
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. M&M'S® plain

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together sugars and butter until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add combined flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup M&M'S®.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Press 2 or 3 candies onto each cookie. Bake 10-12 minutes. Makes 6 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies.
