LEMON GLAZE CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. milk
4 eggs

GLAZE:

1 box 10x confectioners' sugar
1 c. lemon juice
Grated lemon rind from 1 lemon

Put all of above ingredients into a large bowl and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into tube or loaf pan slightly greased with salad oil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes then cover with glaze mixed as shown. Pierce cake with ice pick and pour glaze over cake.
