TORTA MOLE 
1 c. flour
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. grated mozzarella
1 c. milk

2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. butter
1 onion
4 tomatoes (chopped)
5 green onions
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1 c. hearts of palms
1 c. black olives
2 c. cooked shrimp or chicken
1 can peas

BATTER: Blend all ingredients in food processor. Set aside.

In skillet: Saute oil, butter, onion, tomatoes, green onions and parsley. Add 1 can hearts of palms (diced), 1 cup diced black olives. Add 2 cups cooked shrimp or chicken, and 1 can of peas. Cook for 10 minutes.

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Pour in half of the batter. Add filling then the rest of the batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
