HOT COCOA CAKE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Melt butter with oil, cocoa and water. Boil and stir. Pour over flour and sugar. Beat until smooth. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts

Melt butter, cocoa and milk in pan. Do not boil. Mix in sugar and vanilla. Add nuts. While icing is hot, pour over cake in layer pan.
