WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. wild rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can or jar mushrooms (chopped) and juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans chicken rice soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 soup can of water

Brown ground beef and onion. Add celery, mushrooms, soups and seasonings. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. (To shorten the baking time, cook rice in water for 15 to 20 minutes prior to mixing everything together.)
