WILD RICE CHICKEN HOT DISH 
3 lb. chicken
1 pkg. wild rice
Celery
Onion
Green pepper
Cream of mushroom soup

Wash, clean and boil (simmer) chicken approximately 2 hours. Remove bones and dice. Prepare wild rice. Add chicken bouillon while cooking (or water from boiled chicken). Brown celery, onion, green pepper in olive oil, soften just a little. Combine wild rice, chicken, celery, onion, green pepper, 1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms. Sprinkle with paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. May add chicken broth if too dry.
