WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. water
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. raw wild rice
1/4 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1/2 c. whole roasted almonds

Put wild rice in a cup, cover with water, soak overnight. Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper and celery. Remove from heat. Add soups, water, and milk. Put into a casserole mushrooms, rice and water; mix well. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover. Cover with almonds. Bake 1 additional hour.
