MRS. M.'S MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground meat
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 c. chopped or shredded cabbage
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix well, form into meat balls. Roll in flour. Brown in 2 tablespoons of oil. Drain. Drop into 1 can of tomato soup and 1 can of tomato sauce. Add 1/2 cup of water. Mix together. Bring to boil. Then cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Stir to keep from sticking. Serve over mashed potatoes.
