ASPARAGUS AND SHRIMP AU GRATIN 
2 lb. asparagus, cut in 2 pieces
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion
4 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. flour
Dash of pepper
2 c. milk
1/4 c. shredded Swiss
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. shrimp, shelled, deveined and cooked

Cook asparagus in salted water until crisp tender. Drain well. Saute green onion in butter for 2 minutes. Add flour, salt and pepper, stir in milk slowly until sauce thickens. Add Swiss and Parmesan cheese stir until melted. Add lemon juice and shrimp.

Place asparagus in greased shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Pour in shrimp sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
