BUTTERMILK SLAW 
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. sour cream
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 to 4 dashed hot pepper sauce
1 1/4 tsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 sm. head cabbage
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. chopped red onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Mix sour cream, buttermilk, vinegar, Worcestershire hot sauce, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Cut out core of cabbage, cut cabbage into 1/4 inch wide shreds. Mix cabbage, red onion, parsley, dressing; toss. Serve cold.
