CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. rice
1 med. onion
1 egg
1 head cabbage, loose
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 can tomato soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine meats, rice, onion, egg and seasoning. Core cabbage and parboil about 20 minutes, covered. Separate leaves, when cool. Stuff with meat mixture and roll up. Place 1/2 sauerkraut in large casserole, then layer cabbage rolls and rest of sauerkraut and tomato soup and enough water to cover. Bake covered 350 degrees for 2 hours or until browned and tender.
