OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. sm. instant pudding vanilla or chocolate
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour and baking soda. Cream butter, sugars and pudding in large bowl. Beat in eggs. Add a little flour then a little oats. Add nuts. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
