OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla flavoring instant pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 c. raisins
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars and pudding mix in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in oats, raisins and chocolate chips. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
