1 sm. box cooked chocolate pudding
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 sm. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cook chocolate pudding as directed on box. Add to cake mix in a large bowl. Use mixer to blend well. Pour into floured cookie sheet or oblong cake pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips all over top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool and cut.
