DOUBLE CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. shredded raw zucchini (squeeze out excess moisture)
6 oz. chocolate chips

Cream sugar and butter; bet in eggs and vanilla, then oil, blending thoroughly. Stir in sifted dry ingredients, alternately with milk. Stir in zucchini and blend thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top of batter. Luscious!

Bake in 9 x 12" pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
