GOURMET CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 oz. box Uncle Bens original long grain & wild rice, cooked
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. pimento, optional
Paprika

In 2 quart casserole combine rice, soup, mayonnaise, chestnuts, onion, wine, pepper and pimento. Add cooked chicken. Mix. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
