PEPPERONI APPETIZER 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. (8 oz.) grated mild cheddar cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. sliced stuffed green olives, drained
1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
2 (2 1/4 oz.) cans sliced ripe olives, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. sliced pepperoni, chopped

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in large bowl; blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Yield: 8 cups.

Reduce calories by substituting low fat or no-fat ingredients when possible, such as light cream cheese, light mayonnaise and low fat cheese, etc.
