MEAT PIE APPETIZERS 
Pastry:

3 sticks butter
24 ozs. cream cheese
3 cups flour
cayenne pepper to taste

Filling:

1-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped onions
6 cloves chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs

Pastry: Soften butter and cream cheese and mix. Add other ingredients and mix well. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter (about 3inch circle)

Filling: Brown meat and add seasonings. Cook until meat and seasonings are done. Add soup and raw eggs. Mix well. Cool and chill. Use an iced tea spoon of filling for each pie. Fold over and seal with fork tines.

Bake at 350°F until lightly browned. Pies may be made in advance and frozen until ready to use.
