POTATO CRUST FOR MEAT PIE 
Sift together:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking powder

Cut in:

8 tbsp. shortening
1 c. cold mashed potatoes

Add enough milk to make an easily handled dough. Roll out on floured surface.

Have meat pie filling bubbling when crust is placed over it. Put a few gashes in top of crust. Bake 15 minutes in hot oven, 375 to 400 degrees.
