PERSIMMON PUDDING | |
2 c. pulp 2 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. milnot 1 stick butter Beat together pulp, eggs and sugar. Dissolve soda in buttermilk and add to pulp mixture. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Melt 1 stick of butter in 9x13 inch pan and add to mixture and stir. Do NOT wipe the pan clean, just pour all of the butter that will come out. Add milnot and vanilla and stir. Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
