PERSIMMON PUDDING 
1 pt. pulp
1 pt. sugar
1 pt. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
1 pt. milk

Mix the pulp, sugar and flour well. Then add remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake in well greased pan (also flour pan) for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve with whip cream if desired.
