PUMPKIN OATMEAL BARS 
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
16 oz. can pumpkin, ready mixed for pie
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. oatmeal (regular or ready quick cook)
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. nuts
3/4 c. raisins

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch). Mix brown sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin. Stir in Bisquick, oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg, nuts and raisins. Spread in pan and bake until pick comes out clean (about 30 minutes). Cool completely and cut into squares.
