BREAKFAST SOUFFLE | |
1 1/2 lb. sausage or ham 9 eggs, beaten 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 3 slices white bread (1/2 inch cubes) 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese Brown sausage, drain. Mix milk, eggs, mustard, salt. Add bread and meat. Pour into greased 9x13 inch or two 8x8 inch pans. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
