CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken cutlets, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 row-sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

Place chicken pieces evenly into casserole dish. Mix together soup and sour cream. Pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
