CRANBERRY-APPLE MOLD 
2 c. low-cal cranberry juice
1 (4 serving) env. orange gelatin
1 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. grated carrots (optional)

Boil juice and dissolve. Add 1 cup juice. Stir in vegetables. Chill and serve. Makes 1 quart.
