GERMAN DELIGHT 
German chocolate cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c. coconut
1 container Cool Whip
1 c. nuts

Prepare cake according to box directions in a 9 x 13 inch pan. After it's cooled poke holes in cake with wooden spoon or straw. Pour the can of milk over cake.

Heat the caramel until it's easy to pour and pour this over cake. After this has cooled, sprinkle with coconut and top with Cool Whip and nuts.
