HOT SAUCE IN MINUTES 
2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
1/4 med. onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

In blender, put 1 can of tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend 15 seconds and add last can of tomatoes. Barely turn blender on and right back off; so that hot sauce will be thicker. Pour in bowl and serve. Refrigerate after each use.
