HOT BEER BEANS 
1 lb. dry pinto beans
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 whole jalapeno pepper
1 (9 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Salt and pepper to taste
2 bottles beer (not light)

Rinse and sort beans. Soak 1/2 pound beans in 2 bottles beer. Drain beer off beans and add beans and water together in large saucepan. Brown pork and beef together in skillet until gray; drain. Add all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer at least 1 hour, or until tender.
