1 yellow or chocolate cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix, egg and butter; press into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Top with next 4 ingredients after mixing well.

Pour on top of cake mixture and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut into bars.
