HAM AND SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 slices of ham cut into bite size pieces
6 med. potatoes, sliced
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika sprinkled on top

Mix all ingredients together except paprika. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in slow cooker for 8 hours or in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
