SCALLOPED POTATOES & HAM 
8 med. (2 qts.) potatoes, peeled & sliced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. cooked ham, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt & pepper

Alternate all ingredients in a greased pan (baking dish), pouring soup and milk mixture over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
