SCALLOPED HAM & POTATOES 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can celery soup
1/2 c. skim milk
Generous dash of pepper
3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
3 c. diced, cooked ham
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine soup, milk and pepper. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, meat, onion and sauce. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes are tender.
