SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM 
5-6 med. sized potatoes, sliced
4-5 slices ham, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Layer ingredients in dish starting with potatoes and ending with cheese.

Mix can of mushroom soup with can of water and pour over ingredients. Dot with butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 1-2 hours until potatoes are tender and liquid is absorbed.
