MEATBALLS & SAUCE 
MEATBALLS:

2 lbs. hamburg
3/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. parsley
4 to 5 slices of Italian bread

SAUCE:

6 (32 oz.) cans crushed Italian tomatoes (Hunts)
2 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. garlic cloves, crushed
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil

1. In mixing bowl wet the bread slightly until moist. Add the rest of the ingredients.

2. In large pot saute garlic and olive oil. Add the rest of the ingredients for sauce.

3. Roll meatballs and drop into the pot of sauce. Cook on medium for 3 to 4 hours.
