MEATBALL SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
3 tbsp. water
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. black pepper

VEGETABLES:

1 lg. can beef broth
1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 env. onion soup mix
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 head cabbage
1 sm. onion
3 cloves garlic
1 sm. can kidney beans
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil

Combine all ingredients for the meatballs and brown. Saute all vegetables in olive oil. Cook all ingredients in soup pot for 1-2 hours.
