CHICKEN PARMESAN (MICROWAVE) 
1/3 c. butter
1 c. potato flakes (or Corn Flake crumb)
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up

Place butter in dish and melt. Combine flakes, cheese, salt, paprika and pepper in plastic bag. Roll chicken in melted butter, then shake in plastic bag with seasonings. Place chicken pieces in dish, meaty sides toward outside. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over chicken. Microwave on HIGH, uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
