CHERRY DUMP CAKE 
1 can cherry pie filling (21 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
1 box yellow or white cake mix (18 oz.)
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. coconut
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Spread pie filling into greased 13 x 9 pan. Add crushed pineapple including juice. Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture. melt butter and pour over top. Sprinkle coconut and nuts over top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave 20 to 25 minutes on High. Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream. For fruitier dessert use 2 cans pie filling.

VARIATIONS:

1 can peaches (29 oz.)
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
Cinnamon and sugar to taste

OR:

2 cans apple pie filling (21 oz.)
1 spice cake mix
1 stick of butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Make the same way as the cherry cake recipe.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
