CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, grated
1 pkg. thawed peas
2 c. chopped celery
1 can mushroom soup diluted with
1/3 c. milk
Chinese noodles or potato chips
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. consomme

Saute hamburger and onion then put in a greased casserole. Mix remaining ingredients except noodles or chips. Put in casserole and top with noodles or crumbled chips. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
