CHINESE CASSEROLE | |
2 1/2 c. chow mein noodles 1 c. Chinese vegetables 1 can tomato soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can water 2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 can sliced water chestnuts 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1 c. chopped celery, cut Chinese style 1 c. diced onion Brown ground beef and separate into bite-sized pieces while stiffing. Drain excess fat. Add onions and celery, simmer until tender. Combine this with remaining ingredients and bake in well-greased dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and serve. |
