CHINESE CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced onion
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 c. cashews, broken

Brown ground beef and separate into bite sized pieces. Add onions and celery, simmer until tender. Combine ground beef, onions and celery with remaining ingredients and bake in well greased cook, bake and serve dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
