SPINACH BALLS | |
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well 1 (8 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm "Herb Sea Bread" 6 eggs 3/4 c. melted butter 2 lg. onion, chopped 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tbsp. accent 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. pepper Mix all together. Chill overnight. Roll into balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
