SPINACH RICE BALLS 
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 env. onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, shape into 1 inch balls. On well greased baking dish, arrange rice balls and bake 20 minutes.
