JUNE'S PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 C powdered sugar
1/2 C peanut butter
1 pkg vanilla pudding
3/4 C sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
2 C milk
1/3 C flour
4 eggs
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter into small crumbs. Spread 3/4 C on bottom of baked pie crust. Save the rest to sprinkle on meringue.

In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour and cornstarch. Separate egg whites and set aside for meringue. Mix egg yolks with a small amount of milk. Gradually add milk and egg yolk mixture and stir over medium heat until bubbly, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and butter. Pour over peanut butter and powdered sugar mixture.

Beat egg whites with 1/4 tsp cream of tartar until stiff. Beat in 4 Tbsp sugar. Spread on pudding mixture.

Sprinkle the rest of powdered sugar and peanut butter mixture on top.

Bake at 350°FF 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
