CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
3 eggs, room temperature
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. butter, melted

Use 16 x 12 inch baking pan, greased. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat eggs and milk; add to dry ingredients. Pour cream and butter and mix very well. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wood toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and dry.
