EXCELLENT AND EASY CORNBREAD | |
2 sticks butter 1 c. milk 2 eggs 2 c. Bisquick 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal Melt the butter. Combine with remaining ingredients, mixing with a fork (but not too much). Pour into greased and floured glass baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Recipe can be doubled. This can be made ahead of time and stored, covered, in the refrigerator until time to bake. |
