CORNBREAD 
1 c. flour
2/3 c. cornmeal
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients and mix until just mixed. Spread in 8X8 pan and bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.

Can easily be doubled and baked in 9X13 pan.
