BARBEQUE HAMBURGERS 
5 lbs. hamburger
1 c. diced green peppers
2 1/2 c. celery, diced
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 onions
1 1/2 c. catsup
5 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar
5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat; drain. Add onions, celery and peppers and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour. Freezes well.
