PIEROGIES 
4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sour cream

1. Beat eggs.

2. Mix flour, eggs, salt and sour cream.

3. Add water to make the dough soft.

4. Roll out the dough onto a floured surface with rolling pin.

5. Make (cut out) circles, fill with potato filling and pinch together.

6. Drop into boiling salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

7. Drain and pour melted butter and onions over.

POTATO FILLING: Peel and cook 5 large potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and add 1/4 pound of sharp cheese. Mash and cool.
