BROCCOLI AND RED CABBAGE SALAD 
1 to 3 tbsp. whipped creamy dressing
2 tbsp. dill or sweet pickle juice
2 green onions, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded red cabbage
2 broccoli stalks

Pull broccoli apart and slice thin (about 2 cups.) With fork, beat dressing with onions, salt, pepper, and pickle juice. Spoon over cabbaage and broccoli. Toss to mix. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Can be mixed ahead and refrigerated.
